I am currently employed by HCS
Systems as a consultant, and subcontracted to the North Carolina
Highway Patrol to undertake a pilot project funded by
the NC Criminal Justice Information Network, based on XML
and Java, and using all Opensource technology, including
Linux, Tomcat and Postgresql.
I have recently made a couple of contributions to the
Postgresql project (use of CIDR netmasks in config file,
and a logging enhancement), and expect to make more in
the future.

that we know today.
